To ensure you receive your Cheesecake fresh, all of our orders are delivered next day. That means you can have your cake – and eat it – within 24 hours!
it is not safe if you do not receive within 24 hours and cheesecakes should not be consumed if delivered on the incorrect delivery date.
Every cake & cheesecake is delivered in a strong corrugated cardboard box to ensure your cake is safe when received. We pack the corrugated box with protective brackets and foam. The parcel will include dry ice as our cakes are sent frozen to retain the freshness and quality of the cake. Being frozen also improves the presentation of the cake when delivered.
All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery (unless its a Saturday Delivery). Items will arrive between 8am and 6pm. Any orders made after midday will subsequently be processed the following working day. Deliveries will be made from Tuesday to Saturday.

Do you deliver next day?
Yes. Order before 2pm and we will get your cake to you on the next delivery day. You choose your delivery date at checkout.
Which days do you deliver?
Standard delivery runs Tuesday to Saturday. You select the date that suits you when you check out.
How is my cake packaged?
In a strong corrugated cardboard box with protective brackets and foam. Cakes are sent frozen with dry ice to retain freshness and presentation, and a dry ice safety leaflet is included in the parcel.
Does my cake need to go in the fridge?
No. Defrost it for 3 to 4 hours and it is ready to eat. Our cakes can be left out and do not need refrigerating.
How long does the cake last?
Up to 7 days.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Ideally someone should be there to sign for it. If nobody is home during the 9-5 delivery window, our couriers will leave your parcel in a suitable safe place or with a neighbour.
Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
Mainland UK is covered as standard by commercial courier. Delivery elsewhere may be possible by special arrangement with an additional charge, so please get in touch before ordering.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Personalised messages and extras can be added to your order before checkout.
